You don't need to set up your own server! Professional hosting of FogBugz is available via FogBugz On Demand. All of FogBugz is accessible via a web browser from any computer, so there's no need to worry about system requirements!
FogBugz for Your Server
If you'd prefer to run FogBugz on your server, there are three versions of FogBugz depending on the type of server you have.
No matter which server you use, the full functionality of FogBugz will be available to your users via a web browser from any computer.
FogBugz 7 for Windows runs on Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003 SP2 or later, Windows Vista and Windows 2008. Complete System Requirements
FogBugz 7 for Unix runs on recent versions of Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Debian and SUSE. Complete System Requirements
FogBugz 7 for Macintosh runs on Apple Macintosh OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or later.
The Fog Creek Development Bundle
for Your Server
The Fog Creek Development Bundle (FogBugz and Kiln) is only available for Windows. We currently support:
- Windows 2003 and 2008 Server
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, and 2008 Express
If your system is not listed, we currently will not run on it. Sorry! Please stop by the Knowledge Exchange and let us know what system you'd like to see supported.
